- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Wir waren zu fünft (4 Freundinnen und ich) in der Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet – wirklich alles da, was man braucht – und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, allerdings doch recht abgelegen. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer top Villa – wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta stupenda,immersa nel verde con vista sull’oceano e campetti da golf.Dotata di tutti i confort,pulita e super organizzata.Staff accogliente e disponibile per ogni esigenza,tutto perfetto.

Wyjątkowe miejsce, piękne widoki. Willa super wyposażona, pokoje, łazienki, kuchnia - wszystko super, jak na zdjęciach, a nawet lepiej. Super kontakt z obsługą. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Polecam serdecznie!

The property was clean, spacious and had all equipment required. It's exactly the same as the photos online. For a golfer it's perfect, with the practice facilities and 1st tee only a minute walk away. Will be back.

Heerlijk rustige locatie, maar in 15-20 minuten tijd toch op de drukke locaties. Goede ruime villa met 3 badkamers en overal individueel in te stellen airconditioning. Super verblijf op een toplocatie in een mooie ruime goede villa.

Perfect and beautiful location - but you will need a car. Beautiful house. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We felt welcome upon arrival. Every morning breakfast was delivered. We enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back. Wonderful villa with an outstanding location.
