We are a local company with over 40 years' experience in hospitality, and we have specialised in holiday rentals since 2002. Every villa is selected and checked by our team on the island, prices are shown in full before you confirm, and you can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
Mostly in the south, where the weather is sunniest. Most of our villas are in Salobre Golf Resort, with more in Maspalomas, Meloneras, Sonnenland and Tauro, and a few elsewhere, including Agaete, Las Palmas and Telde.
Most of them do. Use the private pool filter to see only those villas, and check the property page to see whether a pool is private or shared.
Many of our villas accept pets; check the property details before you book. Our standard pet fee is €100 per stay. As each property has its own conditions, it may vary in some cases; the exact amount is always shown before you confirm your booking.
For stays of more than 8 nights, a mid-stay clean with fresh bed linen and towels is included, around the middle of your stay; the exact day depends on our cleaning schedule. Some properties have different conditions, so please check each property's details.
You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. If you cancel between 21 days and 1 day before arrival, 50% of the booking is charged.
